Get my Dog out of the Pound

(Above is a picture of Harley in the pound :()I am raising money to get my dog out of my local pound! I have 8 days and I don't have the $60 to get him out!! He ran away two weeks ago and the pound won't give him to me because he isn't registered anywhere so I have to re-adopt him! If you can help out please do! Thank you so much!
