Startup funds for West Branch Pride Fest

We're raising money to cover startup expenses to get the West Branch Pride Fest 2020 up and running. This will be the first major annual Pride Festival in our region within a two-hour drive.
A group of us are in the process of forming the official and legal nonprofit entity this summer. The state and federal fees alone to do this come to $400. We also have fees to pay to the City of Williamsport and the commission that oversees a few of our parks.
In addition to those expenses, we have others, including purchasing event insurance (with at least $1,000,000 coverage) that's required by the City. This doesn't count the numerous other expenses that will begin piling up.
Once we attain legal nonprofit status, we'll be able to open a fundraising page with that organization's filing information. For now, this is the best we're able to do.
