Property for Estrellitas De Mar Children's Home

Hello! My name is Lauren, and today I'm trying to help raise money for an incredible cause, a cause that is dedicated to fighting the horrors of child trafficking in the country of Costa Rica. 3 years ago, on a missions trip to Costa Rica, I had the privilege of encountering an organization called Thrive Vision and meeting the president of the organization, Daniel Rojas, and his family. Through Thrive Vision, Daniel and his family do all sorts of incredible work helping people in need, training people in different work-skills to help them succeed, and sharing the gospel. In the last year and a half, Thrive Vision's eyes were opened to a wretched evil that exists in the country of Costa Rica, the world of child sexual and/or organ trafficking. Their ministry witnessed first-hand the sale of two little twin girls to organ traffickers and were part of the process to find and rescue them and through that, they discovered how vast the network of child trafficking truly is in Costa Rica. They also discovered that as of right now, no organization exists in this country to help rescue and house children from these horrific industries. In light of that, they decided to take it upon themselves to open a children's home designed specifically to do just that and they're calling it Estrellitas Del Mar or "the little starfish". Over the past few years, I continued my relationship with the Rojas family and eventually decided to move to Costa Rica to help them in their ministry. This past year, we have been working to get all the legal documentation necessary to open the home and receive children and right now, the government has informed us we already have 40-60 kids just waiting for our home to open! The only thing that is preventing us from opening is securing a property! We found a beautiful property that will provide for all of our needs and is in a fantastic location, but to make the down-payment we need a minimum of $150,000. Our goal is to raise $200,000, if possible, to help us with the down-payment and a few other things that we would need to have the property 100% ready for our kids to move in as soon as possible! Our goal is to open at the start of the new year, but in order to do that we need your help!
