Help pay for spinal surgery deductible

Well as you know I have had 2 spinal surgeries in the past year.  I had C3-C7 disc fixed. Well now I have to have another spinal surgery on the back side of my spine. I’m still in severe pain. If you look at the picture and see the section circled in the picture, that is a bone protruding into the spinal canal that is causing all the pain and needs to be removed. You all may know from reading my post, my job changed insurance companies Jan 1, 2021 therefore I have to pay a 30% deductible which is $1500.00 that I JUST found out today,  before my Dr. can even perform my surgery.  None of us at my job are happy about leaving Cigna and going to BCBS. 

I am still unable to work and do not have the money to be able to put down on this deductible, 
this is why I need your help.  The doctor wants to perform this surgery as soon as possible. They said if I were to fall or get into an accident that because of the way my neck and spine is that I could be paralyzed for life, so it is VITAL that I have this surgery ASAP.

So I am asking that if you can help me, please do, because I want to lead a normal life again. At this point I can’t even get a good nights sleep because I am in SO much pain.

I feel like giving up, but I have children that I want to be around to see grow up and old so I will continue to fight, and with your help I promise I will.
