Help Andrew seek URGENT lifesaving treatment…

Are you a parent? Do you have a family? Could you imagine hearing the most devastating news that your child has Cancer? Watching your child go through treatment and then your child relapsing on maintenance for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (Blood Cancer). Then receiving even more treatment to be told EACH time that it hasn’t worked just before having life saving treatment of a bone marrow transplant.

Meet Andrew, Andrew is our son. We would love to tell you a bit more about him,Andrew is the most mature, caring and family focused 19 year old you could ever meet. He loves socialising with his family and has always being there to help out, whether that’s being a shoulder to cry on or helping solve problems. In his short 19 years he has always been a reliable, trustworthy and very supportive brother and son but also a loving and doting husband. He looks forward to his future and imagining what it will be like when he has children of his own. He has high hopes of having a successful job in business and plans to use his journey with Cancer to motivate others. He was only 15 years old when he was diagnosed with A.L.L in July 2017, and now after a long and tough 4 years later he is still fighting for his life! Every day is a battle…

Andrew has so many plans for his life, so PLEASE help him make those plans possible!

Andrew relapsed in June 2020. He then was given the option of CAR T Cell Therapy in September 2020, instead of a Bone Marrow Transplant which we were strongly advised by the consultants as it was his best option at that time. BUT this failed in early 2021.  He was given four other treatments over the past 6 months and again these were not successful.

Regrettably, NO treatment is working! We are all devastated and have been told that their is lifesaving pioneering treatment abroad BUT it will come at a massive cost.

Time is against us…. We have been told that the Leukaemia is now back and is again attacking Andrew’s body. Without specialised new treatment he may only have a few weeks to live.
