Frank's fight

Frank was born 17 weeks premature weighing 700grams and spent 11 months of his life in hospital fighting to stay with us. We eventually got to bring our beautiful boy home 3 weeks before his 1st birthday on cpap, oxygen and peg feed. He has been admitted back to hospital on a regular basis since with pneumonia due to severe chronic lung disease. He has also had 2 surgeries. However through all his pain he continued to fight, thrive and amazed us all with his smile. He is an inspiration and so loving we are blessed to have him and are so proud of him. 
Frank's personality is usually that of a smiling happy little boy. But in the last few months that has changed. He is now 4 yrs old and has been diagnosed with level 3 autism. He cannot speak. He is so frustrated and gets extremely upset when he cannot tell us what he needs or wants. It is horrible to watch out beautiful little fighter get so distressed that he is inconsolable. He is now hurting himself and biting us when we try to comfort him. 
Frank shows us everyday through little things he does that he is highly intelligent. We think this is why he is so frustrated. He now needs intense speech + language, behavioural therapy and communication tools to help him. Although some of the services are provided they are extremely busy and do not have the time to sit down every week with Frank as needed. 
We as his family have decided we need to go private to give him every chance of communicating possible so that he can reach his full potential and be happier in himself. After fighting so hard all his little life he still fights everyday for a simple things. Please help us to help Frank.
