David's Wheelchair

David Sabine worked, for over 50 years as a Radio  Presenter is South Australia. He worked for 5AA, 5AD, 5DN and 5AA, finishing his career at 5UV ( 5EBI ).  Good luck did not follow David for many occasions, having to have five knee replacements followed by infections which culminated in David having to have his leg amputated recently. As stoic and upbeat as he is, David is having problems with getting about, and finds that his mobility is difficult in a normal wheelchair. His wife of over 55 years, Trina, does not enjoy good health herself, and has the utmost difficulty in pushing David around, in the literal sense! A group of long standing friends have decided to open a Go Fund Me account to assist David in the purchase of a battery powered Wheelchair. Donations from former listeners and employers would be greatly appreciated. We hope to raise $8000 for David's Wheelchair.
