Serenity strong

Hello I’m Sierra Hardy, Serenity Miracle Crawford’s mother unexpectedly on September 29th 2019 at 4:28 pm I went into labor only being 24 weeks and 6 days with my daughter Serenity. It was a complete shook to me and my whole family I had an emergency C-Section which was a more difficult process when I arrived to the hospital I was already 8 cm and she was breeched , so when the doctor cut me open they had to cut me 3 different ways plus she was stuck so they had to cut deeper then normal. With her coming out only to be 1 pound and 6 ounces she was immediately transported to south bend memorial hospital to the nicu. Her chance of survival was at 30-50% Her first few days being here. The doctors thought it wasn’t going to end good but the GOD I know turned it all around. she is now 5 days old and is still fighting for her life her vitals has been up and down the first few days but the last couple days she has been so stable that they were actually impressed.

Today October 3rd we were waiting for the results back for and ultrasound on her brain which she had stage 3 bleeding a couple days ago, her ultrasound came back and the bleeding on her brain has stopped which was the news we just needed today ! My due date wasn’t originally to January 12th 2020, so we’re going to be in memorial hospital for about 3 to 4 months until baby girl gets healthy enough to get better. With me not being able to work at the moment and her dad the only one working we’re asking for anything, anything will make a difference it will help for rent\bills, medical expenses, and gas to get back and forth for the next few months to be with her with me and her dad only being 19 years old and living in my first apartment this all so overwhelming and I would to still have my home to bring my baby into when we leave the hospital we appreciate everyone who’s been praying and checking on us and especially the MAN above because without him we’re nothing.
