Drop The Councillors

Tax deductible
On the last weekend in October, Councillor Daniel Walton and I will be embarking on an epic adventure to raise money for the new emergency homeless shelter and day centre planned for Malvern.

On the evening of Friday 25 October, Councillor Sarah Rouse will take Daniel and I to an unknown destination within the UK. For the duration of the journey we will be blindfolded so that we truly do not know where we are until we get there.

It will be down to our powers of investigation to work out where we are, and begin our epic trek to get back to Malvern within 48 hours.

We will not be permitted to use electronic means of navigation, just maps, compasses and the stars.

We will have food and water, but no cash and will therefore have to use a variety of cunning methods to get back ‘home’.

We will be allowed to hitch for a certain amount of time / distance, decided by a group of of friends.

We will be sleeping rough, whatever the weather, seeking shelter where we can find it.

So that we can share our progress, in the hope that you will follow our whereabouts on Social Media, (and in case of emergency) we will have a simple mobile phone.

Please sponsor us if you are able to.
