Hello All,
My name is Matt Besch. My mother DeeAnn Besch works with Lynn at Especially for Children. We created this fundraiser on behalf of the leaders and staff of Especially for Children, as well as the Williams family. Knowing the incredible impact Lynn has had on so many lives, we wanted to create an outlet for people to give back, and show her the support she has shown so many.
We wanted to share with you a little about how the money you are donating is going to help. Lynn has to pay $15,000 for an insurance deductible on her homeowners association's policy. She has also incurred an extra $4000 for the removal of contents damaged by the fire from her home. Any additional money will help offset the cost of a place to stay while her home is repaired, replacement costs for furniture, clothing and trying to replace a lifetime of household items. On top everything, Lynn's car was also totaled in the fire.
GoFundMe has asked that I let everyone know - Lynn and only Lynn will have direct access to the money being raised here.

On December 22, 2019, our preschool teacher Lynn Livingston lost her home to a fire. She was home wrapping Christmas gifts on Sunday evening when she heard a hissing sound and a loud explosion. Lynn quickly left her home and called 911 immediately. The fire and water damage have left her with nothing except her phone and the clothes on her back (she doesn’t even have her winter coat), and we are still not sure about the condition of her car. We are so fortunate that Lynn was able to make it out safely!!
As a long-time member of our Especially for Children family and the local community, Lynn has touched the lives of many young children and their families over the past 30 years. We would like to be able to help her in return at this tragic time of need.
