Bo has developed 2 tumors

My sweet Bo has developed 2 small tumors. At first we thought they were just sweat bumps.. but as the past month has passed they got bigger. We started to think that they might be cysts and that they would pop but dog tumors are full of blood and they aren't full of milky puss like stuff that would be found in dog cysts. The vet has looked at him and told us it's going to be an estimated 400$-600$ per removal of each tumor. The vet doesn't give out payment plan options, and I don't have the money. I love my sweet Bo dearly, so I have decided to run a campaign basically for his life. If I can't afford his surgery soon they're going to continue to grow and could cause many other health risks to him including possible death. Please if you can anything will help.
