Hi! And welcome to the page for our film: "E.very D.ay."

If you're  reading this, you probably want to know more about us. Let's break it down:

Definition of an "Eating Disorder"

• Eating disorders are serious but treatable mental illnesses that can affect people of every age, sex, gender, race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic group. •

We are two of those people, and now we're telling our story!

Who we are: 
Misha Osherovich – Writer, co-producer, and going on 4 years in recovery from an eating disorder.

Angelica Santiago – Creator, co-producer, and proudly working on her first year in recovery from an eating disorder.

Writer in the Dark – Kick-ass production company that’s going to bring our story to life.

Jordan Hidalgo - Director and creative leader bringing it all together! 

The story:  
Our film follows the lives of two individuals living with active eating disorders.  As they work, date, socialize, and navigate through life: we see how every part of their lives are affected by their distorted relationships with food. 

Our goal:
Our goal is to use this film to raise awareness about eating disorders and the far-reaching impact they can have on a person's life. Anyone can suffer from an eating disorder, and many do so in silence - unbeknownst to the people around them.

Our film highlights the secretive nature of this disease, and gives the audience an intimate look inside the mind of someone battling with an eating disorder.

We have even been working with the National Eating Disorders Association, and as mentioned in our video, you can read an article Misha wrote for them here: NEDA Article - in the article Misha talks about his personal journey with ED, and why we are creating this film!
