Reaching the Unloved

Growing up in the United States, it's easy to take certain things for granted, like running water, a quality meal, or even shoes.  We tend to not even realize how much we have and just go on with our daily lives.  It wasn't until I saw a picture of the slums in the Phillipines that I woke up to how much tradegy there is out in the world around us.  It made me realize how important it is, to reach out to others and not live in my own bubble.  Therefore, when I got the opportunity to partner with some amazing people in 2015, I couldn't help but say yes.  Here's some of the info, feel free to donate if you can or just pray for me as I embark on this new journey in 2015.  I need about $2500 altogether, for room and board, the plane ticket (which is crazy expensive), a travel backpack, a raincoat, and just some other main things.  The deposit though that's due in October is $300.
