I have recently fallen on some hard times and desperately need your help. I am usually a very healthy person, but over the past year I’ve racked up some medical expenses I am unable to solve myself, so I am reaching out, almost in tears at this point, for your assistance.
Early this year, I had to see a doctor about my back. I was unable to stand up, walk correctly or walk in a straight line until he worked on me…. I am now more mobile, able to work out and take better care of myself. Unfortunately that service has left me with a cost has ballooned to $293.82 -- something far out of my range.
A few months ago, I was having severe stomach issues, vomiting and bloating that continued despite my change in diet to more lean meats, vegetables, fruits and other healthy options. I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which I am now able to treat effectively an live a better life in comfort… but my visit for a diagnosis cost me $157.00 --- for one damn visit. It is unbelievable!!! Just to find out what was wrong with me…. (Sorry I can’t find a picture of this bill for you…)
This past month I was admitted to urgent care while out of state (visiting my mother who is recovering from cancer). They treated me, but at the expense of $145.00… at least I am not sick anymore… but this is getting nuts in my head… I didn’t want to o to the clinic because of money, but ultimately I was so uncomfortable I dragged myself there.
Finally my computer is acting up, I can’t type on my keyboard – the letters d,f,g,h,j,k,l aren’t working! This is limiting me to use the on screen keyboard limiting me to a sllllloooowww typing time. For school I need my computer back in working order desperately – without it I can’t type my essays or papers for class., I can’t apply to jobs. It looks like I need to replace the keyboard with estimates at $200-250.
I am trying to pay down my credit car bill ($250)-- up a bit from amount pictured-- while addressing these costs, but I need help so badly. I am a full time graduate student who donates plasma and works, but simply it won’t cover all these costs.

I am looking for $541 to cover my medical bills, computer and credit card bill. This will put me back on track financially and allow me to finish my final year of school.
Please, help me.
