BFA Thesis Art Exhibit & Graduation
It has been a "long, strange trip," but a beautiful and irreplaceable experience. Despite the many, many, MANY unforseen circumstances that slowed down my progress and delayed my graduation from George Mason's School of Art, I have finally made it to my last semester, and with flying colors if I do say so myself. I know that I would not have endured the last several years nor would I even be here if it were not for the lasting love and support from my amazing friends, family, co-workers, doctors, professors, and peers. Thank you for your constant encouragement and belief in my success, especially when I did not believe it for myself.
I have just one more mountain to climb before graduation: the successful completion and showing of my Senior Thesis Art Exhibit. I have about 8 weeks to complete the artwork for my exhibit opening in December and I am working tirelessly to make this the best work I have ever done... but I need your help.
I am raising funds to support the completion of this project, to support the completion of this semester, and to support my work as an artist post-graduation. I will use these donations to pay for the cost of my project supplies, the cost of additional art tools, my transportation/parking to and from the studio each day, the installation of my work into the gallery, as well as all of the coffee I will be drinking during those late nights in the studio. I hope to raise enough funds to help with my student loan debt as well as launching myself as an artist after my December graduation.
Thank you all so very much for the continued support. If you would like to see the progress of my Thesis Exhibit, follow this link to my GMU Senior Thesis Art Exhibit Blog. I update my blog regularly to document the artistic process throughout my experience working on my exhibit opening.
I am so grateful for all of the support and so appreciate any donation offered. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
Sending Much Love, Light, and Gratitude to all!
