Pam Ward Memorial Scholarship Fund

Donation protected

There was not a more generous person than Pam Ward. She volunteered, she donated, she helped. That was who she was. Never selfish, never self-centered, always lending a hand. Her philanthropy was automatic and without condition. She loved and she gave. This campaign focuses on making sure that friends and family can follow her life example.

Pam's life ended too soon and in an effort to make certain that her spirit lives on at Kenai Peninsula College in perpetuity, friends and family are working toward establishing an endowed scholarship that will honor her memory and benefit the KPC students she loved. By establishing an endowed UA/KPC scholarship (minimum $25,000), earnings from her scholarship fund will be awarded to students for as long as KPC exists.

All funds collected will fund the Pam Ward Memorial Scholarship. Scholarships will not be awarded until the $25,000 endowment goal is reached. Please honor our dearest Pam with your donation- it is what she would have wanted.

This effort is being administered by Suzie Kendrick, outside her role with KPC/University of Alaska, and is not a KPC/UA sponsored fund raiser.

Her daughter, Sarah Jane, supports this effort and had this to say: "There is nothing that would have made my Mom happier than this. She loved the college and the students she served."

Please share this on your Facebook page. Thank you.
