This family needs all the suppport, love and prayers they can get! Sunday, September 14, 2014, this family was on their way home after being at Christian's football game, and tragedy struck. Both adults, and three children were injured in a horrible car accident.
Please not only pray for a full and speedy recovery for all involved, but please find it in your hearts to donate. Any amount, even if it's a dollar will be going to help this family with anything they would need once they come out of this tragedy. Any amount will help with medical bills, household bills, lost wages, or anything else this family may need.
I was given permission to post a short update on the status of the family. As of right now, the mother, step-father and both little girls are awake, however Christain is having a harder time!
"As of today, Christain is still here with us, and he is still fighting for his life. Those that knew Chris, knew he was a strong little boy. He is still here with us and if I can please ask for everyone to continue to pray and donate!"
*This family is known by many!! Although I do not know this family on a personal level, my son Dakota has been playing football with Christian for almost 2 years, Erin and Nick Thorton's son Dom has played football with him, Melissa Yingst's son Lee has played football with him and many other children involved in the sport have been around and had the pleasure of becoming friends with Christian. After having a discussion with Erin Thorton and Melissa Yingst, the three of us decided that we wanted to help in any way that we could, and decided to create this site in order to raise awareness, support, and donations to help this family during this horrible time. Our intentions are pure, honest, and will continue to be held true. I recently have been in contant with Tiffany, Amy, Evelyn, and Francheska to discuss the situation with this site! The family is aware of this site, supportive of this site, and has means to contact myself if any questions or concerns would arise. There is going to be a plan in place to ensure that every penny is given directly to the family, however, at the moment nothing is set in stone because we are focused on rasing as much as we can for them.
