100% Of The Funds Raised Will Go To The School Library
The Mars Drinks MAP Volunteer Team have chosen to raise funds to provide a School Library for the Kanyenyaini Primary School in Muranga, Kenya. Currently, the school doesn't have a library so the funds raised will be a valuable addition to the school and the children's ability to learn. There are 300 pupils who attend Kanyenyaini Primary School and their ages range from 3 to 15.
The school curriculum has 6 subjects so if a book is shared among 5 pupils each will get an opportunity to use that book in a week. Therefore our challenge is to try and raise enough funds for 360 books to cover everyone.
Roughly $10 will cover the cost of 1 book so even the smallest donation will make a difference.
