First friend ever needs help

My very first friend in life needs some help.  He is way too proud to ask so I'm doing it for him.  Brian has some very serious health issues and cannot work.  His heart is only working at about 30 percent of capacity.  He needs two medical procedure but cannot afford them or to be out of work.  All of us have needed help one time or another in our lives.  I ask that you skip that dinner out, toy you didn't need etc and help.  Anything will be appreciated.  I love that "old" man and want to do anything I can
