BBQ Catering Business

I have ALWAYS been intrigued with Food and the preperation of it.  Smoked Meats, BBQ and great Sides are my specialty!  Watching Family or Friends enjoy my Food is a passion of mine. I am currently having a Commercial Smoker Custom built near Stockton which will allow me to do larger Catering Events.  I am also trying to build a Outdoor Kitchen/Pergola to house all my Smokers and Equipment in my Backyard.  I have Managed Food Services and People for almost 20 years, have worked for 3 Professional Sports Teams and am now looking to take that experience and love of Food to a higher level.  My Wife and I are hard working People that just want to do something that we LOVE to do!  Any donation, regardless of amount, would help Us get to our Goal of providing Great Food for Great people!...Thank You for Your Consideration and God Bless!
