On August 30th 2014 my little brother Anthony Forgrove was hospitalized with extreme stomach pain. After numerous tests my family was shocked and heart-broken to find out that he was diagnosed with Stage IV Gastro-Esophageal cancer. This type of cancer is extremely aggressive and rare for anyone under the age of 65, typically affecting those who drink and smoke regularly, to which he does neither.
Anyone who knows Anthony knows that he is an extremely positive person who has overcome many adversities in his life and one of the kindest people you will ever meet! He is always smiling no matter the situation, and loves to make people laugh! He truly is a one-of-a-kind spirit. He would literally give you the shirt off of his back if needed, and now is our time to show our support for him!
Anthony is a 23 year old hard working full-time student studying to be a psychologist, who also works full time at Target. He is now currently uninsured and unable to work or continue with school due to the fact that he has to have daily radiation and chemotherapy treatment. Any and all donations will be put towards his medical bills, transportation to and from treatment centers, and medications to conquer this cancer.
Our family is remaining extremely positive that with his strong spirit along with your help and support that he WILL beat this and be back in school and work in no time!
