ER Medical Bill

I hate asking you all for money. I really do. But right now, I need all the help I can get.
Back in February, I went to the ER for a weird bump that was in my leg, and the reason why I went to the emergency room is because the doctor I went to at the clinic didn't know what they were doing, or even what they were talking about. And the reason why I went to the clinic was because the insurance I have under my mom doesn't cover the hospital that we would usually go to. I don't have insurance myself because I haven't worked at my current workplace long enough.
Needless to say, we were shocked when a $1,364 emergency room medical bill came in the mail, telling us that we had to pay all up front. Thankfully, we were able to work out a payment plan at the hospital, but now they just want more and more with each payment, more that we don't have. Now the bill is at the point where if I don't have at least $291.01 in by September 20th, the bill will be sent to collections. (We managed to talk it down to that point with the billing department.)
I'm only working two days a week so I can go to school. My schedule and other dependencies, including my injured knee prevents me from working during the week. So this means I'm not making that much money; I only make enough to cover my bills.
I just at least want to get the $291.01 in by the 20th, if that's possible, and that way I can continue on from there and see what will happen.
