High School Fees

I need to transfer from my current high school to another(i am a senior)  because my credits are not being counted and i wont be able to graduate time! Before the school can send the transcripts to my new school i have to pay 275 dollars because of the elective classes that i did not need. i need help please i only have until september 2014!
