On 4th March I'm running the MK 10k to raise money for Youth Ministry in Bletchley via Spurgeon Baptist Church.
Running a 10k has been a personal goal for a number of years and I've never been able to stick at it through the training required. My body is not designed for running - nor is it designed for getting up early and going out in the cold! But my training is going well - it's hard work, but I'm starting to enjoy it.
