Bed-ridden Daddy, Sad boys :-(

Well- I've been bed-ridden with acute vestibular neuritis (inner ear virus that causes severe vertigo) for the last 2 weeks now. I came down with this about 4 months ago and was bed ridden then too for about 4-6 weeks unable to work. I'm practically paralyzed and glued to my bed at the moment I'm hoping I can get answers soon!
I did not want to create this funding for me however. Its for my family. My wife and Kids (pictured) take the brunt of this. Besides being mental hurt knowing daddy isnt doing well, food starts to get sparce and bills are not getting paid. We BARELY made it through the first round of this, but this round is proving to be VERY difficult on the family, especially since it returned so quickly!
I make a living helping others through fitness and essentialy, elongating life! Im getting desperate to get back to my clients and back to making an income for my family! I'm worried we might have to get on that Ramen and tuna diet soon if I don't get back to business...! I run my own business of personal training, so i'm really just trying to compensate for time lost. That's the ONLY downside about what I do... I don't get paid time off! So with that being said! I DID get my wrist bands in! So I got that going on for me which is nice! I'm currently taking donations to help my family and try and reduce the stress of my wife having to work double time and take care of me, the house and our two boys, dog and cars!!
