Memorial costs&related expense

If you grew up in the northwest corner of Connecticut, then you know the Belter family. If you know the Belters, then you know what a wonderful family they are. About a week ago, Hoot and Jo Ellen Belter's world was turned upside down when they received news that while on a trip to Peru with his wife, Sacha, their son Geoffrey passed away in a tragic diving accident. True to his character, Geoff was trying to help out a fellow diver who was in trouble, and ended up putting himself in harms way. The other diver survived, Geoff unfortunately did not.

No one can ever prepare for a loved one's passing, especially  their childs. The last thing that should be on the Belter's minds is related expenses.

When someone passes everyone asks what they can do to help.  Right now, helping to ease the financial burden that the Belter's will be faced with would be a huge help. They should be concentrating on comforting each other and helping each other through this unthinkable event, not finances. This fund would help them with things such as the costs of Geoff's service along with helping to fly family members out to the service that may not have been able to attend otherwise. The Belter's are all about family. Lets do our best to make sure they can all come together to celebrate Geoff's life.
