DONKEY PROJECT

Un saluto a tutti, ci presentiamo, siamo Marcello e Martina, siamo sposati ed abbiamo due bambine Sofia di 3 anni e Giulia di soli due mesi.

Abbiamo redatto un businessplan per realizzare un importante progetto a scopo benefico. È molto articolato e con diversi scopi, quello più importante è organizzare attività di PET-THERAPY con i bambini, utilizzando come mediatore L'Asino Romagnolo, un animale che rischia l'estinzione, adoperandoci di conseguenza anche per preservare questa bellissima specie animale . Con questi nostri ideali se aiutati da voi e dal nostro grande impegno e sacrificio speriamo di poter raggiungere tutti questi obiettivi.   Il filo conduttore del progetto di impresa sarà l'eco-sostenibilità di tutta l'azienda stessa che con il tempo dovrà diventare totalmente auto sufficiente cercando di seguire le linee dell' Agricoltura Blu e del recupero e risparmio energetico.
Il progetto nasce con l'idea di voler creare spazi privi di stress dove la natura sarà il fulcro attorno al quale graviteranno le attività svolte dall'uomo.
Questo si limiterà a curare la terra seguendo il suo naturale bioritmo, rispettandone i tempi senza forzarli mai.




In questo modo verrà a crearsi una sorta di ''Oasi'' dove Natura e Uomo si fonderanno per ritornare ad essere uno il complementare dell'altro.

L'uomo aiuterà la natura eliminando i prodotti di sintesi per ridare vita alla terra, questo aumenterà naturalmente l'humus e tutte le attività enzimatiche del terreno aumentando la biodiversità. A questo proposito un altro caposaldo del progetto, come già accennato, è la tutela e la salvaguardia di una razza di asino in via di estinzione: L'Asino Romagnolo, l’unica razza autoctona della nostra regione, oggi ne sono rimasti solamente 550 esemplari al mondo, nel 1998 erano 78 gli esemplari rimasti.
Prima che la specie sia completamente salva e al sicuro bisognerà arrivare ad una quota di circa 5000 esemplari.
Sarà allevato e riprodotto per poter preservare la biodiversità del nostro territorio, pensando alle generazioni future non solo della nostra nazione ma, del mondo intero.
Gli asini verranno allevati in stato di semi libertà all'interno della piccola tenuta che speriamo di riuscire ad acquistare con il vostro aiuto.  


Secondo il concetto di “fattoria aperta”, vorremmo permettere a tutti, ma prediligendo le famiglie e i bimbi diversamente abili di poter accedere presso il nostro terreno ed osservare da vicino gli animali, entrando in contatto con loro e assistendo al momento della mungitura.    

Inoltre l'Asino sarà il nostro fedele aiutante e compagno per le attività di ONOTERAPIA.
Questa tecnica rientra nella famiglia della pet-therapy, in questo caso viene utilizzato l'asino come mediatore nelle attività di terapia.
L'asino si presta a questo tipo di attività perché è un animale empatico, affettuoso, morbido al tatto e lento nei movimenti.
Questo metodo di cura è adatto alla maggior parte delle patologie ma sopratutto ai bambini perché è un metodo attivo che non permette mai di restare passivi e di isolarsi.
L'asino riesce sempre ad ottenere la sua partecipazione sollecitandolo sul piano psico-motorio, intellettivo sociale ed affettivo.

Il sistema di comunicazione

Crea un contesto educativo e terapeutico in un ambiente gradevole e ricco di stimoli.
Ciò permette alla persona di uscire da situazioni di stress e gli permette di esternare la propria emotività, ritrovando il contatto con la natura e dimenticando i ritmi frenetici della vita di tutti i giorni. Nella nostra realtà sarà presente un operatore abilitato all'onoterapia IAA (Interventi Assistiti con Animali), affiancato da una psicologa-psicoterapeuta specializzata in neuropsicologia dello sviluppo. 



Per fare in modo che il progetto possa proseguire negli anni a venire, con il latte d'asina vorremmo produrre formaggio naturale, con metodi biologici, in modo da autofinanziarci.
La produzione di questo formaggio è molto complicata e ricercata dato che l’unico modo per cagliare il latte d’asina è utilizzare la chimosina di cammella; per cui il valore del prodotto finale è molto alto. Tuttora al mondo esiste un solo produttore di questo preziosissimo formaggio e si trova in Serbia, noi vorremmo diventare i primi rappresentanti per la nostra nazione.



Inoltre gli asini verranno inseriti all’interno di un ampio progetto innovativo per la nostra zona, che nel contempo ci riporta alle antiche origini contadine, utilizzando metodi noti fin dai tempi degli antichi egizi. Il progetto riguarda il terrazzamento della collina.    
Su questi terrazzamenti verranno impiantati dei vitigni autoctoni e in fase di vendemmia, con raccolta dell’uva manuale, gli asini saranno indispensabili per il trasposto dei grappoli nelle  (cesti tipici intrecciati) caricate sul dorso dell’asino. Gli animali porteranno l'uva alla cantina dove sarà lavorata per ottenere vini biologici di pregio con tecniche innovative ma rispettose dell'ambiente e delle tradizioni. Potrai vederle con i tuoi occhi se vorrai!

Le cifre di cui necessita il progetto, per arrivare ad essere operativo al 100 per 100, sono piuttosto alte, da soli non possiamo farcela, per cui vi chiediamo un aiuto fatto con il cuore, se credete nel nostro progetto.

Hello to everybody, we will introduce ourselves, we are Marcello and Martina, we are married and we have two little daughters, Sofia (3 years old) and Giulia (2 months).

We have drawn up a business plan to implement an important project for charity. It is very articulate and with different purposes, the most important is to organize activities of PET-THERAPY with children, using as mediator Donkey of Romagna, an endangered species, by working accordingly to preserve this beautiful animal species.

With these our ideals if aided by you and our great effort and sacrifice, we hope to achieve all these goals.

The underlying theme of the business plan will be the eco-sustainability of the entire company itself which over time will have to become totally self sufficient trying to follow the lines of 'Agriculture Blue and recovery and energy saving. The project started with the idea of wanting to create a stress-free spaces where nature is the fulcrum around which gravitate the activities carried out by man.





This will simply treat the ground according to its natural biorhythm, respecting the times and never force them.

This will rise to a sort of '' Oasis '' where Nature and Man will merge to return to being one the complement of the other. The man help nature by eliminating synthetic products to restore life to the earth, this will naturally increase the humus and all the enzymatic activity of the soil by increasing biodiversity.

In this regard, another cornerstone of the project, as already mentioned, is the protection and preservation of a breed of donkey endangered: the native Donkey of Romagna, the only native breed of our region, now it has only 550 specimens still exist throughout the world and in 1998 there were only 78 exemplars in total. Before the species is completely safe from extinction, it must reach the amount of almost 5000 exemplars.

It will be bred and reproduced in order to preserve the biodiversity of our territory, thinking of the future generations not only of our nation but the entire world.
Donkeys will be raised in a semi-free state, inside a small farm we hope to be able to buy with your help.




According to the concept of “open-farm”, we want to allow everybody, but favouring families and children with disabilities, to access our property and to observe the animals closely, get in contact with them and assist to the moment of milking.
In addition, the Donkey will be our faithful helper and companion for ONO-THARAPY activities. This technique falls within the pet therapy family, in this case the donkey is the mediator for the therapy. The donkey is suitable for this type of activity because it is an empathetic animal, affectionate, soft to the touch and with slow movements.




This method of treatment is suitable for most conditions but especially for children because it is an active method that never permits to remain passive and to isolate themselves. The donkey always manages to get his urging participation in the psycho-motor plane, intellectual, social and emotional.

The communication system  DONKEY -- PATIENT --OPERATOR
Create an educational and therapeutic environment in a pleasant environment rich in stimuli. This allows the person to get out of stressful situations and allows them to externalize their emotions, finding the contact with nature and forget the hectic pace of everyday life. In our reality there will be an operator trained for Ono-therapy IAA (Intervention Assisted with Animals), flanked by a psychologist-psychotherapist specializing in neuropsychology of development.    
To ensure that the project goes on in the following years, using donkey milk we want to produce natural cheese, with a biological method, in order to be self-financed. This cheese production is very complicated and precious, because the only way to curdle the donkey milk is to use the camel chymosin; that is why the final product value is so high. Today, in the entire world, there exists only one producer of this precious cheese and is located in Serbia; we want to become the first to propose this method to our nation.




Moreover, donkeys will be inserted inside a wide project, innovative for our area, which at the same time brings us to our old agricultural origins, with the use of a method that dates back to ancient Egyptian times. The project concerns the on-hill terracing.    

 Native grapevines, in fact, will be planted on these terraces and during the grape harvest, with the grape’s manual collection, donkeys will be indispensable for the carriage of bunches inside “gerle” (typical woven baskets), located on the donkey’s back. The animals will bring grapefruit to the wine cellar, where it will be worked to obtain prestigious biological wines.
