Please Help Nga & Loc Recover!

Please help our dear friends Nga and Loc recover after their tragic house fire. On August 25th, 2014 Nga and Loc and their sweet puppy Kenny were able to escape the flames however they lost not only their home but all of their belongings and vehicles.
It is our hope to raise enough money to get them established again and to help them rebuild their lives. Nga and Loc have given so much to all of us, it's our time to return the favor!

On behalf of my mother, father, Kenny, and family (June, Dean, Sean), we are tremendously grateful for the support and love we've received during this time.
They are alive and well. That has been the most important thing through all of this. We are very lucky. My father said, "God may have taken everything, but he did not take our two hands. We can rebuild with them."
We are forever thankful for your contributions in helping our parents get back on our feet as we're doing everything we can, but your prayers and outreach has really been instrumental in pushing them forward. They have not asked for help in any way, and if you know my mother, she is a very strong and proud woman but even I know that sometimes we need to accept others into our lives because that is the beauty of family and friends- they are there when you most need it, especially when you do not ask. Tina and Mark have generously started this fund and I can't especially thank YOU enough.
My parents have been here before- when they came to this country they came without any money in their pockets, only hope. Through the help of the American people in providing my parents with their first jobs, they worked tirelessly with one goal in sight- a home for the family. My parents owned their modest home- the home that we've lived in since I was 4 years old. My mother is a simple woman, never wanting more or needing more.
I have let friends know to immediately talk to loved ones and share our story to help someone else not be in the same situation. If you own your home free and clear, you could easily let the insurances slip as time goes on and children leave the nest. I regret not asking my mother more than about her health insurance. But God works in mysterious ways and I truly believe everything happens for a reason, somewhere over the rainbow we will see better days than Monday.
