To Keep Custody of Zach

Hey Everyone. We are in horrible need. We are having problems with our oldest son's Birth Mother. We got custody of him in April, when SHE WILLINGLY signed him over, and wanted his father and I to continue raising him. She now is un happy with her visitation rights, and she has filed against us to recieve Sole Custody back. In order to fight this and keep our son with us, the Lawyer needs $3000 and my husband will have to fly 2500 miles just to make sure we keep him. We are living on 1 income, my husbands. And we have been able to get by with that, without being selfish and only providing what our 3 children need, when they need it. We do everything we can for them, and we can't go down without a fight. We have very little to spare, but we do not want to lose him so easily. If you can help, Please. Every Penny counts to keep our family whole. We have 30 days to respond to the court order, and my husband has a court date Oct. 7th in Oregon(We live in Texas). October 15th we can tranfser our case over to Texas, but he has to have been in our custody for 6 months to do so. Until then, we may lose a piece of our hearts.
