Rocco needs your help

Rocco is a 1 1/2 yr old chocolate Lab , who at first we thought he hurt his leg and after a couple days it seemed worse . We brought him to the vet where they examined him an said looks like it might be Hip Dysplasia . As the weeks past an Rocco got worse and started falling and dragging his front feet . We brought him to Angell's hospital in Boston 3 times the neurologist said that is was Wobblers syndrome which is where the spine starts to compress the spinal cord in his neck and the only hope for him to get back to normal is to have it operated on . The operation ,MRI , medications rehab ect. Will come to over $8,000.00 if anyone could help or knows someone that might be able to we would appreciate it so much . Thank you
