My name is Destiny Vergara, I am 14 years-old and have been training in Karate since I was four years old. I have competed in hundreds of tournaments since the age of 6. I have earned many Division and National Championships.

Last year I won GOLD and became USA National Kumite Champion. I also earned a spot on the USA Karate Jr. Team.  As a result I had a chance to represent the USA in the JR. Pan American Karate Championships in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and won a BRONZE medal. 

This year, I am once again reaching for Gold in 2016. I asking for help to attend the 2016 USA Karate Nationalis in Pittsburgh, PA and the 2016 JR. Pan American Karate Championships

I am reaching out to whomever would care to help and support my dream of once again representing Team USA.
