Footprints of the Son is located in Terrier Rouge which is an agricultural community in Northeast, Haiti. We advocate and assist families raising children with disabilities. Every year, we help send children to school because there is no real public education in our area.
Footprints of the Son has our own inclusion preschool/kindergarten , and we will work towards sponsorship for those children later. Right now, we want to focus on the children that will start school on September 7th. Many of these children have disabilities but are accepted into community schools which we are so grateful for!
We need funding for 22 more children to go to community schools this year. Every child ranges in need from $100-$250 depending on their school and grade level. This cost covers tuition, books, uniforms, and shoes!
