Horse Hero Lost All in Flood

Donation protected
I am asking for donations for dear friends, Jane and Travis, who lost all of their physical possessions in the catastrophic flood in New River, Arizona this week. They lost all furniture and household belongings, her car, two horse trailers, Travis' farrier trailer (so work will be hard for him for a while), his Harley, and most sadly, Jane's dog. Jane saved 12 of our horses' lives that were on the property by demanding to be lowered into the running water on a rope so she could open their pens and they could run/swim to higher ground just in time. She did this TWICE. The horses were up to their necks and were moments away from being washed away. She risked her own life in the process. Sadly though, she could not make it back into the house she and Travis shared to get her beloved Doberman puppy. Jane worked tirelessly for two days to get the horses rounded up, cared for and then evacuated to safety. She is a hero to us and most deserving of financial help now so she and Travis can begin again.

The photo is of Jane's sweet puppy shortly after she got him just a few months ago. He was a great dog.
