Empowering Orphans in Haiti

It is an extreme honor and privilege to be headed back to Haiti next week to serve alongside my brothers and sisters at I’mMe. Since my last trip to Haiti in May of 2012, I have been looking for an opportunity to get back. I will be in Haiti from August 27th through September 2nd. I cannot begin to describe how excited I am to have the opportunity to spread God’s love with the most precious little children on this planet. With my work schedule being so crazy, finding time to leave is tough to come by, so this is such a blessing to be able to leave. I would be honored if you would join me in my journey to Haiti by keeping me in your prayers, as well as all of the Haitians I will encounter in my time there.
So why i’mMe? The name i'mME is very significant to the heart and vision of this organization. As this generation groans to be identified, children often place their identity in things disjoined from their true self. Our identity shapes the way we see ourselves and forms our perspective of the world around us. Attached to our true identity is endless passion, freedom, dreams and creativity. We want to provide every child of the next generation to stand confidently and proclaim i'mME! We want to bring them closer to how God sees and accepts them by establishing His culture of family. In doing so, the I AM (God) and the me (self) become unified. Imagine a generation set ablaze with a heightened revelation of identity! We will see a generation of conquerors who realize their dreams because they walk in the authority of who they are in Christ. We want the words I'm me to no longer be associated with a lack of self-worth, or a compensation for a feeling of abandonment. i'mME stems from the acceptance, love, and empowerment of family and allows us to love others as we love ourselves.
I would be honored if you would join me in empowering orphans of the world to find their true identity with the cultivation of families, orphan care, and stewardship. 100%, I repeat, 100% of ALL donations will go directly to I’mMe. I have personally taken care of all traveling expenses so that ALL donations can be directly given to the next generation of empowering individuals.
