Hey Everyone,
I am requesting assistance with the travel and lodging costs of my surgery at UCSF Medical Center in December. When we went t that the consult with the surgern we paid 200.00 in gas and nearly 100 in parking and that was just the one day trip. This first surgery I will need to be there a week once I am out of the hospital.
My surgery is paid for now it's just down to the little details and time is moving very quickly. Any help you can give is a blessing and eases the cost of this life changing surgery.
One a final note, I know that there are some many people struggling today. That being said I completly understand if you can't donate but please help me get the word out and share with you're friends.
