Help us get to St. Louis

Brayleigh is a smart, funny and energetic almost 2 year old who was born with a left clubfoot. We have been seen since she was 9 days old and her first cast was placed at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. She has had 2 tenotomy procedures and over 30 cast and has relapsed twice. The next step her doctor wants to take is an MRI of her spine to rule out any underlying causes to her relapsing, and if that comes back clear, he wants her to undergo a more serious surgery that will include going into her joint cavities and cutting and releasing multiple tendons in her foot. A very big surgery for a 21 month old who doesn't understand and will not understand the pain that comes with that surgery. We have basically tried everything as far as our doctor can go, and our next step will be bringing her for a second opinion to Dr. Matthew Dobbs, in St. Louis Missouri. Dr. Dobbs is highly skilled in treating atypical clubfoot and is considered one the TOP pediatric orthopedic Dr's in dealing with clubfoot that hasn't responded to treatment because he is so much more knowledge on the subject. As a low income family, our mind as parents are going around in circles to try and figure out how to get Brayleigh there for proper treatment. It is a 12 hour trip, driving and the cost of gas, hotels and food is weighing heavy on us. Not including the days my husband won't get paid from work while we are gone as we don't know how many days we will be staying until we get there. If there is any way possible for you to help us, please know that it is incredibly appreciated more than any amount of words can tell you. We are expecting another girl due in December and are hoping to get the hard part of this over with while I'm able to travel and before we have a newborn to take along on this journey.
