Grammy's Funeral Relief

Throughout her whole life, Stella Woods has been nothing but selfless, sacrificing everything for her family, from school education to take care of her 9 younger siblings, all the way of sharing her household to her sons in need.

Even in her final months of living with a stomach anyeurism and heart disease, she continued to try and take care of the whole family and keep us together.  

I have seen nothing stronger than my grandmother's kindness. I was no stranger to it myself -- I remember all the talks I had with her when I was angry or hurting, the words of wisdom she shared wit hme, the little slip-ins of money so I would never go hungry at school, even the times she would call and invite me over just so she could share some of her good food with me.   

While Grammy's life has ended she is no way forgotten. Her strength, kindness and generosity is something I hope to inherit from her as I continue to stumble through adulthood. 

My family and I are working people, but funeral costs are never kind. My hopes is to raise money to go towards Grammy Stella's Funeral Costs. I want to be able to fulfill all of her last wishes -- A white casket, A lot of roses and white flowers, and clothes that would be fitting to see the Lord.
