Tools and materials needed to start

My grandpa always said that if you learn many skills you will never be without a job, so I've had many different jobs in my life in order to learn many skills. He taught me how to use tools and how to create and make things from wood and metal. I made my first baseball bat on a lathe from a square stick of hickory when I was 9 years old, and I have made many things from jewelry boxes to furniture over the years. This last Christmas I made a couple of these wine holders for gifts, and when I showed photos to people the response was so good that I thought it would be a good idea to continue.

I want to start a business of my own doing something that I'm very good at, creating and working with my hands, so I can someday be able to hire people and teach them how to create and make things - like my grandpa taught me. Making money while doing so is a plus but my biggest benefit is to teach others how to create and make things. To be able to pass on the knowledge and skills that I have learned during my life to others will be my greatest reward from this venture.

What I need to get things rolling is money to buy the power tools, equipment and supplies to begin, this is where I need help from you. I have a small shop to start in for now, and if this goes well then I will be able to hire people who need jobs and hopefully teach them something that they will not only enjoy doing, but something they will also pass along to younger generations.

Thanks for your support and donation!
