The Cost of a Dream

Dear Friends and Family,


As you know, our beloved friend and family-member, Andrew Prince, passed away on September 26, 2014 after a long, relentless battle with desmoplastic small-round cell tumor, a rare but aggressive soft tissue sarcoma. Despite his short twenty-six years on earth, he touched many lives through his exceptionally warm-spirit, radiant smile, belly-wrenching humor and of course magnanimous heart.  One of his many passions -- outside of course a well-cooked meal! -- was his desire to become an occupational therapist.  A reflection of his steadfast determination and desire to help others,  Andrew accomplished this goal in the face of the most impressive odds.   We would like to honor this determination by asking friends and family who are so compelled to contribute to a fund that will help pay down the debt Andrew incurred while pursuing this dream.  We are thankful to everyone again for all the kind words and support as we celebrate Andrew's amazing life and its enduring impact on each and everyone of us.
