We are Team Limitless , a Chapter of @ccbnational Canadian Council of the Blind. We are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2020 to build funding and to create awareness. With your support toward this cause will help our summit up one of the tallest climbable mountains known. Standing roughly five thousand meters high, Mount Kilimanjaro (Tanzania, Africa) is in our calendars for next fall.

Anyone with limitations and/or disabilities CAN accomplish what they want to.
We're asking for your support to help get us to the top while championing vision and cancer research. We inspire others who are living with vision loss or a cancer diagnosis to embrace their dreams. As we scale the mountain, we will be part of the race to restore sight and create a future without cancer.

"My name is J A S O N and I lost my vision at a young age due to congenital eye disease. Despite this challenge with the support of amazing friends and family, as well as having my faithful guide dog by my side, I've never let my blindness stop me from achieving my dreams including working as a federal prosecutor. "
In the summer of 2016 when Niamh and I were both confronting our health challenges (Niamh was in the middle of chemotherapy, and Jason was recovering from serious abdominal surgery), we promised each other that when we were better we would climb Mount Kilimanjaro. 2020 is the year that dream will become a reality. In making this pact we agreed to join a handful of proud Canadians who have climbed the mountain to both inspire and raise awareness.
"My name is N I A M H and in March 2016, at the age of 40, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. After eight months of grueling treatment including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, my cancer was in remission and my life could begin again. "
"My name is D W A Y N E and I am a former Toronto police officer. I met Jason on one of his drug prosecutions and have joined him on a tandem bike to complete a number of long distance cycling adventures." I was immediately impressed with Jason's zest for life and a never say no attitude! I am excited to help be part of the monumental adventure.
"My name is M A R I A, I have been a guide runner for the past ten years, helping those that are visually impaired run with comfort and a steady pace. The past 10 years of supporting and encouraging the visually impaired from Philadelphia to Toronto have been nothing short of life changing. My goal is to further elevate this journey with our team by creating even more positive impact for the hundreds of thousands of visually impaired Canadians".
