Hip Surgery for Kitty Cat!

My fiance and I got engaged in April and I graduated in May with my Master's Degree. Unfortunately, since I was employed by the University as a Grad Assistant, with the conference of that Degree, I lost my job. 
We have been barely making ends meet since May by not paying some of the bills but we've reached a breaking point. My parents were able to pay my rent so that I could move out of my expired lease without eviction, but that doesn't cover our insanely high and overdue power bill or the disconnected television bill. 
Nor does it cover the previous and upcoming vet bills from where our cat fractured his hip. Right now there's just the one x-ray bill, but there's a follow up on the 11th, and he's very likely going to have to have hip surgery to repair the socket.
Since I am having difficulties finding employment, we are dependent on his income, which as a part time fast food employee, is not high at all. It covers his portion of the rent, his car insurance (sort of) and barely gas for our cars. 
If it is possible to help at all, my gratitude is boundless. And I know a Thank You will never truly convey this gratitude but unfortunately it is all I have in return.
