Thank you for taking the time to visit my Go Fund Me page.
On Sunday 27 September I will participate in the Intu Braehead Charity Zip Slide.
The starting point is a heart pumping 40m high climb on the outside of the building, followed by a 200m zip across the car park.
For those that know me, I am scared of heights...I mean really, REALLY scared!! So this is also a personal battle for me.
I am hoping to raise funds for 3 worthwhile beneficiaries:
1. Accord Hospice - A local independent charity providing free medical and nursing care.
2. St Vincent's Hospice - A community resource providing palliative and end of life care for those living with cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
3. Mitchell Connell - A young 11 year old boy diagnosed with leukaemia.
Any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated.
As an extra bonus, those who donate will also get the opportunity to vote on what I wear whilst I zip slide, with super heroes being the theme.
