The Cadleys | Duets and Ballads CD

Despite having 5 CD's out, only one features Cathy and John performing as a real duet. And NONE of our CDs really feature Cathy's beautiful voice. This CD will remedy that. Called "The Cadleys: Duets and Ballads," it really is a project meant to highlight the pure sound of our two voices together, produced by one of Nashville's finest musicians--Clay Hess--and featuring A-list acoustic musicians hand-picked by Clay--so you can hear the songs and singing in the best possible musical context.

There will be a few originals, including the beautiful "Sleepwalkers" penned by Cathy, but mostly covers of classic country duets with songs crafted to specifically feature duet singing. These are the tunes Cathy and John sing around the house just for the sheer joy of singing together, always finishing with, "We should really record that." Now they ARE recording it, and the result is sure to be nothing less than stunning.

If you enjoy John and Cathy's singing in live performance, this CD will capture all that and more for you to play over and over again. We've already gotten started laying down some basic tracks and the project is moving along nicely. With your help we'll easily reach our target date of having it in your hands by July 2018.
