Help Disabled Single Mom

Donation protected
For pretty much my entire life my mom, Denise Carroll-Blaser, has worked hard and raised me and my younger brother on her own. She's been strong and has always dealt with all of the problems of life herself, trying to keep that harshness from us. She'd work hard to provide everything we needed, and prayed to the Lord to provide and He always has.  No matter how crazy things got she'd always smile and have fun with us. She'd even try and set some money aside so we could do fun things. But in January 2014 she slipped and fell on ice and injured her back badly. She'd always had pain and lived with it but now it is unlivable. She has been diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis of lumbar region, Lumbar facet arthropathy,  spinal stenosis, lumbar degenerative disc disease, peripheral neuropathy, and within the last 6 months they've added fibromyalgia and then nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).  She cannot walk for more than 2 minutes without extreme pain. She cannot take care of herself and needs help doing just about everything. Even things such as sitting cause her pain if she does it for more than 15 to 20 minutes.  For over 6 years now she has been trying to work with doctors to try and alleviate the back pain, but they are now at the point where there's little they can do. The only option they have left is to do surgery on her back. But, at the time we were told this, we were told that she had to quit smoking and she had to drop her BMI 15 points. She quit smoking May 2016 when she was in the hospital for pneumonia and sepsis. She was in a medically induced coma for about a week and went through all the withdrawals then, so she chose to stay smoke free. But it will take time for her to drop her BMI, especially considering the fact that she cannot move as much. She has changed her diet and is following the weight training and physical therapy exercises they have her on. Also, because the pain kept her from work, she was forced to resign and is now on permanent disability. My brother and I both work so we can take care of mom as well but we are both now out of work due to the Corona virus. Mom has been a good mom and it's hard watching her deal with the fact that she can't take care of herself, much less us.  I know things are tough for lots of people everywhere so I'm only asking for help from anyone that is able to donate. so any little bit at a time will help us greatly. The amount I have listed as our goal is how much extra money it takes to keep us afloat a year: NOTE $3898 of the number was raised 3 years ago and is included in number, so actual goal is $8400.  Thank you and may God bless you for any prayers or donations you can give. Elizabeth and Dylan Blaser, and Denise Blaser.
