Get Blair Back On A Moped

Our boy Blair is having some really bad luck. He wrecked his car; so we "Sold" him 1977 express on a payment plan. Unfortunately, it was locked up at the Painted Lady in Hamtramck last night and when he came out, the lock was busted and the bike was stolen.
We (Detroit Moped Works) are picking up another jacked-up, non-running express today and will set it up with equivalent aftermarket parts to get Blair back buzzing.
We are sourcing the bike, & parts, and doing the werk for free; but it would be awesome if we could get some help covering the overhead.
If we can raise $300; that would cover all materials for the new build, if we could get $650, that would cover the new bike and his outstanding balance on the one he got jacked.
FYI - if you could donate a Honda circuit pipe, 14-17mm carb, and/or an aftermarket cylinder kit that would be even better. FB message Detroit Moped Works if you have any parts to contribute.
