Disabled Veteran's Fire Fund

My father is a 70 year old disabled Army veteran who built his small efficient home with his wife off the grid to raise chickens, goats and an organic garden. It was run on solar and battery power, and they lived there completely sustainably for over 15 years. They left to go do some errands on Friday, July 18th, and returned to find that their home had totally burned to the ground, possibly due to one of the battery wires becoming frayed. Everything was a complete loss and they didn't have insurance to cover anything. They also lost ALL of their cash savings in the fire. The only thing they have left is the clothes that were on their back. Luckily, none of their animals were harmed. 

Since they are homeless now, ANYTHING you can give my old dad would be a great help towards buying building materials, new solar panels and everything else needed to help them build a new sustainable home from the ground up again.
