Help make my smile bright

This past March, I was having serious dental issues, and had to have my two front bottom teeth removed and had to have a bone graph inserted. However, I need more work done but I need to pay off the work that has been done.
I would love any help you can give me, because my self confidence has been hit hard and my family will tell you, I am scared to smile.
