If Mr. Chapman had a dollar for all the smiles he provided over the years of riding his tricycle up & down Duval Street blasting his feel good tunes, we wouldn't need this page, though he has never asked for a cent from all of us. It's time we returned some of that joy he has provided us and ensure he has a home for his wife, daughter, three grandsons & himself in the interim of getting his childhood home returned. If Mr. Chapman has made you smile, please take the time to donate, our goal is to raise one year's rent for the Chapman's and then we can turn our energies to helping his family get back his home!!
