Jonathan Collins

My son Jonathan Collins was hit by a truck on his 8th birthday which was 6-19-2014 and the driver of the truck took off and left him laying in the street. His left femur was shattered and they are still checking his back for bulging disks. We have a long rehabilitation process ahead of us. We are trying to raise money to help with his medical bills.
