We want to say thank you...
We want to say thank you again to everyone who donated to the multiple gofundme web pages, to the benefit shows, and to the bands directly. We have combined all the donations and we have hit over $8000 at this point! You are all amazing! This gofundme page will remain open if you want to continue to donate to ESITU. But we want everyone to please go to any US Bank location and make their donations into the Everett Band Shed Fire Fund if they are looking to donate to the cause as a whole. The account number is 153564772652. Donations there won't receive any fees from paypal or gofundme - and your donations will therefore go farther. We thank you all for your continued support - and for those of you who reached our special Tier donations levels, we'll be in touch with you shortly so you can collect on your free admission into our upcoming shows! Thank you again! ESITU and all the bands who were effected by the fire.

Wow wow wow! Thank you...
Wow wow wow! Thank you everyone who is donating to help save the bands the lost their gear in the Everett Storehouse fire. Those of you who have donated $50 and more, you are amazing! Your generosity is astounding. We cannot thank you enough.
As you all know, the money raised here will go to benefit all the bands that have lost something - not just ESITU. So know that you are helping a community here. Tell your friends, tell your family. And remember, no donation is too small. If you can only give $5 - give $5. It will add up if everyone does.
Our deepest thanks to you all again!

As we are starting to see...
As we are starting to see the donations roll in, we want to say thank you to everyone who is giving. I also want to make sure that we are all 100% clear that the money we raise is not to benefit ESITU alone, but will benefit all the bands who have lost something in this fire. Our first step here is to raise as much as we can while everyone figures out what their losses are. Once we do that, the funds will be distributed to everyone based on the scope of their loss. Information is starting to surface that some bands got out of this pretty lucky and with minimal loss - which is fantastic news!! However, some bands did have total losses - and it is important we all work together to help those bands get back on their feet. We want to say thank you again to the generous people who have donated to this fund so far. You are helping to benefit a music scene here - not just one band. Thank you for your support to everyone!!

GRAVENLOCH would just like to thank everyone who has donated, supported, and shared all the links, gone to benefit shows, and just plain helped out in any way possible. There is no substitute for the love in our music scene!!! Thanks again to kisw and the whole crew as well.

Tiffany: I assure you, all of the bands have sustained significant loss. The most minimally damaged areas were still completely flooded with water from the firefighting efforts. Even in the parts that had no fire damage at all, their drums, cabs, PAs, etc are all completely water-logged. While some of the electronics may be salvageable once they're dried out and some of the expensive racks/cables/etc are fine, but they've all lost quite a bit. As of today, Blood and Thunder still haven't even gotten into their unit, so in addition to the initial water and smoke damage, their gear is now being subjected to mildew and other damages of standing water. There are no winners here. :-(

Thanks Tiffany for your support. At this point we aren't sure what the damge is going to come in at. One of the other bands at the sheds, Gravenlcoh, is doing the same donation thing as us - in fact that's who we got the idea from. We are well aware that not all bands were effected equally. Once we have assessed the damages caused by this, it seems obvious that the bands that sustained the most damage or lost everything would receive the bulk of the funds raised. Which band is your brother in?

I'm very concerned as I have been down to the sheds several times because my brother's band lost everything. There is no possible way 11 bands lost everything. They may have sustained minimal damage, but I can assure you only 6 bands lost it all. Best of luck on the fundraising!

Thank you everone for those donations. It certainly will help. Remember everyone that all this money is getting split between a large group of bands and we have a big goal. It's not about how much YOU donate, but about how MANY PEOPLE we can get to donate. Tell everyone to jump on here and give even $5or $10! We don't need a homerun here - lets just play some small ball and get to the goal.
